‘How to read a cancer genome’

The Genomics Education Programme (GEP) is delighted to present a special three-part educational programme on ‘how to read the cancer genome’ presented by Professor Serena Nik-Zainal.

Professor Nik-Zainal is a celebrated leader in somatic cancer research and has spearheaded work into mutational signatures and their application to clinical practice. In a series of three webinars, Professor Nik-Zainal will guide attendees through the basics of interpretation, through to mutational signatures and address some challenges using examples.

These advanced level webinars are free to join and are open to those working in genomics (clinical geneticists, clinical scientists and genomic counsellors), and oncology (clinical and medical oncologists, specialist nurses, pathologists and researchers).
